This new restaurant in Denver is fantastic. They don’t advertise their fresh, organic ingredients and they SHOULD! The pita bread was baked fresh in the wood fired oven, the zaatar and thyme pizza was light and tasty. Even though the falafels were fried (they only use olive oil), they were the lightest tasting falafels I’ve ever had. The organic lamb chops were so good. The pistachio baklava was deliciously balanced. We wanted to try everything but had to control ourselves. Look for more restaurants like Lebnani wherever you live or travel to–this is a NOURI restaurant!
